We sell New "open box" items. Most of the time, the item was opened, then returned to the a retailer. In many cases, units still have their original items and packing intact. All included accessories are always specified in the beginning of Product Description section.

We test and inspect all our items. Any cosmetic issues are announced in product description. We always do our best to describe and inspect our merchandise to keep our buyers happy and to avoid any misunderstandings. What type of payment do you accept?
We only accept payments through Paypal. No Cash, Money order, or personal checks are accepted.
Paypal payments are easy and secure. You can express checkout, and it only takes seconds.

What Carriers do you use to ship?
All items shipped in the United States are shipped via USPS or UPS Ground. we may ship UPS insured if item is too heavy or too fragile.
All Items shipped to Canada and Mexico are shipped via UPS Standard. We will not ship USPS to Canada or Mexico. International buyers are responsible for any custom duty charges including taxes, penalties, and brokerage fees. We will only pay and shipping charges. Please learn about any associated fees with shipping the item to your country before buying.

We ship to Canada, Mexico, and some select International destinations. International buyers are responsible for any custom duty charges including taxes, penalties, and brokerage fees. We will only pay and shipping charges. Please learn about any associated fees with shipping the item to your country before buying. Also, keep in mind that we do not control time it takes for product to clear customs.

What is your return Policy?
For "Open Box" items:
If you are not satisfied with the product, returns are welcome within 15 days of the day product was received
Item has to be in the same condition as when received. There is a 20% restocking fee on returned items. Return S&H fees is non refundable. We inspect all returned merchandise. In case item was found damaged, shows signs of heavy usage, or missing items refund may be denied, or you may receive a partial refund.
If product is proven to be defective or Dead-On-Arrival, you must contact us within 7 days of arrival at your address, we provide a refund including shipping costs. Buyer will need to fill out an RMA form with description of defect and ship it back.
RMA items must be received within 7 days from the day RMA number is issued. We inspect all returned merchandise. If item was tested and found to be functional, 20% restocking fee + shipping costs will be deducted from refund value.
For New Items (with 6 months warranty specified):
If you are not satisfied with the item, you can return the item hassle free, within 30 days. You will only pay for return shipping.
In case of Warranty Claim, you will have the option for replacement to be sent out free of charge (subject to availability), or a full refund. We will also cover the shipping cost for warranty claims.
This Limited Warranty does not cover any product damages that were done intentionally or accidentally by the user. Please see "Not Covered Under Warranty" section below.
Not Covered Under Warranty:
● Lost or stolen products (Unless product was lost and not recovered during shipping)
● Items with expired warranty period
● Non quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase)
● Items proven to be repaired by 3rd parties
● Damage from outside sources
● Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)
● Products without proof of purchase from our website.
MAJORITY OF PRODUCTS SOLD UNDER OUR BRAND "VOLTSTECH" WILL CARRY 1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY.

What if I receive a product and it seems to be defective?
If product is proven to have functionality problem within 7 days of arrival at your location, we provide a refund including shipping costs. Buyer will need to fill out an RMA form with description of defect and ship it back. Refund may be denied if customer does not specify item defect. Returned items must be received within 15 days from the day RMA number is issued. We inspect all returned merchandise. If item was tested and found to be functional, 20% restocking fee + shipping costs will be deducted from refund value.

Can I insure an item for shipping/transit?
Yes. Please tell us if you want the item insured and we will send a modified invoice to reflect the insurance charges.

Are the batteries included?
All included product accessories are stated under "Included in Package" section. If batteries are included, it will be stated.

What is an Openbox Item ?
Item that is sold by Major Retailers to a consumer and the package was opened, then returned by the consumer in it's original condition. The majority of Openbox items still have the retail package in tact and all accessories included. Sometimes the package may be ripped open.
